Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Tl0yReadC mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Tl0yReadC is a neutral file reader for comic books, manga, and e-books. The App supports CBZ, CBR, CBT, CB7, PDF, and EPUB files. The App does not include, host, distribute, or provide access to any copyrighted content. You must supply your own files from legally obtained sources.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App and to agree to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to read, possess, and use any files you open with the App
• Complying with all applicable copyright laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Any content you import, organize, or bookmark within the App
• Maintaining the security of your device and any backup files you create

The App functions as a neutral utility — similar to a video player or document viewer. We do not monitor, review, or control the files you choose to read.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Access, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of content you do not have the legal right to use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a Premium subscription, available via in-app purchase through Google Play. All payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings
• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods, except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Tl0yReadC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal Android devices.

All comic, manga, book, and PDF files you open remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any files opened with the App will render correctly or be compatible with all formats
• The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tl0yReadC and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. This includes loss of data, files, profits, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
